The award-winning Grace Hotels has announced the appointment of Jui Kretzu as General Manager of Grace Beijing. Jui joins Grace Hotels with an extensive background in the travel and hospitality industry. A Taiwanese national, Jui grew up in Brazil and has lived in the United States, Taiwan and China; she is fluent in Mandarin, English and Portuguese.
Jui spent the early years of her career in the airline business before undertaking a series of roles with Ritz Carlton at their properties in Laguna Niguel, New Orleans and Key Biscayne in the United States, and Guangzhou and Shanghai in China.
Jui holds a postgraduate degree in marketing and a bachelor’s degree in literature, translation and interpretation. She has a wealth of experience in sales and marketing, public relations, front office operations, rooms division, banqueting, catering, events and revenue and yield management.
