The hotel will open this Winter and Madrid native Beneyto, who has previously worked at COMO properties in the Maldives and London, will oversee the construction and refurbishment of the Art Deco property on Collins Ave.
Once the hotel opens, he will also oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel as well as the food and beverage service.
