US-based fast food company Burger Girl is looking at offering its franchise across India. The minimum investment required will be Rs 45 lakh – 130 lakh with an area of 300-5000 sq.ft.
Vinay Sedey, managing director, Sizzler Restaurants Pvt. Ltd, says, “We have mainly concentrated on joint venture partnership and are actively seeking franchising opportunities. We have proudly expanded in the NCR and Northern India. We plan to enlarge in West India and south of the NCR also.”
Burger Girl, India, is owned and managed by Sizzler Restaurants Pvt. Ltd. (master franchisee).
The brand entered India via the master franchise route. The USP of Burger Girl is its service, pleasant and warm environment and non-conventional flavours. Its outlets offer a wide ranging menu, including vegetarian, chicken, fish burgers, wraps and pizzas, along with the brand’s signature dessert offering called Woozookie.
The company is aiming at 150 locations in the next five years.
