Hyatt Regency Century Plaza has named Brian Morris, Director of Sales & Marketing. Morris is responsible for the hotel's overall sales operation and marketing communications. He manages a staff of 13 and serves as a member of the hotel's Executive Managing Committee. A 23-year veteran of the hotel industry, Morris began his career in 1989 as Room Service Attendant at Hyatt Grand Champions Resort (Palm Desert, CA) where he spent ten years working various operations positions. He was appointed Sales Manager in 1997. From 1999- 2008, Morris was promoted throughout Hyatt hotels in North America, crisscrossing the country in various sales positions.Source
