ITC Hotels will set up their first Luxury Collection brand hotel in Gujarat at Ahmedabad. The Group will soon start construction of the 300-room ITC Narmada at the proposed prime 2.5 acres land behind IIM Ahmedabad. According to an ITC official, the project cost is pegged at approximately Rs 500 crore and will be completed over three years. As per the Group standards, ITC Narmada-Ahmedabad will be LEED-certified, with focus on the philosophy of responsible luxury, the official said.
