Graduated from IHMCTAN, Kolkata with over two decades of extensive experience in hospitality, Roy is known for his dynamic leadership style. Having worked with Taj, Holiday Inn, Carlson Rezidor-managed hotels namely Radisson, Park Plaza, on various levels of responsibilities he brings in great expertise to Radisson Blu Resort & Spa, Alibaug. His expertise involve handling a diverse range of functions entailing F&B operations, Training, Budgeting, developing SOP’s, operational policies, planning and implementing effective control measures to optimise resources.
