The restaurant industry in the country would continue to grow at a CAGR of 17 per cent to reach Rs 137,000 crore by 2015. As per a study by the Indian Restaurant Congress, the future growth will be driven by consumer demand and enterprising food service operators, despite the adverse market environment.
