Wyndham Hotel Group, Parsippany, New Jersey, announced on Thursday a new hotel prototype for its extended-stay brand Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham.
Wyndham said the design offers an approximate 46% in savings compared to the previous prototype, lowering the cost for hotel owners to develop a new Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham property.
Wyndham said the overall design is intended to be flexible so as to accommodate an individual hotel’s market and location and is adaptable for conversions and renovating existing Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham hotels through the implementation of décor and design features, such as color schemes and soft goods.
