Despite economic growth remaining slow and demand for hotels slackening, Carlson Hotels' chairperson Diana L Nelson considers India a strong market.
In the past one year, 15% of Carlson's hotel investment world over was in India. By 2020, the company plans to manage 200 hotels in the country as well as invest in some, Nelson told ET'sVaruni Khosla in an interview as she explained the company's strategy.
