Noshlist is the new buzzword in Rest Tech. Waiting lists are now online, people can see where they are in the que, managers can see wait times, once your table is ready, the software sends you a call or a text. sounds great!
It does take away the crowds that just might wander off to the closest park or bookstore, while the software sends them an update and hence the "IT" factor may be compromised by reducing the number of people waiting outside your door, but you cant deny this is a good solution to have.
