Canada, Ireland and France bagged the top three spots as far as food safety performance was concerned. These were the findings of the 2014 World Ranking Food Safety Performance, a report by the Conference Board of Canada’s Centre for Food in Canada in collaboration with the University of Guelph’s Food Institute.
