The newest property in the brand's fast-growing global portfolio of upscale, full-service hotels, joins nine DoubleTree by Hilton hotels already open in Turkey.
Turkey's Prime Minister, Ahmet Davutoğlu, visited the hotel for a pre-opening event on Saturday in conjunction with a conference set up by Ministry of Health.
"We believe in making all of our guests feel welcome, and we work hard to ensure their stay with us is memorable. We are thrilled to bring our care-focused culture to this beautiful hotel, and look forward to delivering exceptional experiences to guests visiting Van, whether they are traveling for business, pleasure or a little bit of both."
Many of the hotel's 94 guest rooms, including 13 suites, offer stunning views overlooking Lake Van, and guests will enjoy a contemporary and comfortable environment throughout the hotel. For those looking to relax and rejuvinate, DoubleTree by Hilton Van features a traditional Turkish Spa, swimming pool and fitness centre.
