Indian Hotels CompanyBSE 0.27 % Limited (IHCL) which runs the Taj group of hotels has reported a profit after tax of Rs 7 crore for the quarter ended June compared to a loss of Rs 9 crore for the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
The company stated its revenue from operations grew to Rs 524 crore for the quarter ended June 30 compared to Rs 474 crore for the corresponding period of the previous year. Operating EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) was Rs 76 crore compared to Rs 53 crore in the previous year. IHCL reported consolidated income from operations of Rs 907 crore for the quarter ended June 30 compared to Rs 947 crore last year.
