A greenfield investment of Rs 45 crore, the property will host 120-140 keys with a mix of superior, deluxe and suite accommodation options. The company also has plans to extend the hospitality brand to destinations like Somnath and Ambaji among others.

Daiwik Hotels plans to unveil its third greenfield property in Dwarka, after Rameshwaram and Tirupati. The Kolkata-based hospitality brand, Daiwik Hotels also has plans to extend its presence to destinations like Somnath and Ambaji among others.
Daiwik Hotels Dwarka will entail an investment of Rs 45 crore and is expected to become operational by 2015. It will host 120-140 keys with a mix of superior, deluxe and suite accommodation options.

Daiwik Hotels, which has launched its first four-star hotel in Rameshwaram, a popular pilgrim destination in South India in April 2012, as part of its expansion plan, will invest Rs 180 crore in setting up greenfield hotels, in pilgrim destinations across India over three to four years. While the hotel company has already started work on the 140-room four-star property in Tirupati, they have started scouting for locations in Dwarka, Bodhgaya, Banaras, Katra, etc.

today announced its Rs 600 crore investment plans on setting up hotels in pilgrim centres across the country, a company official said.
The company today made a soft launch of first "Daiwik Hotels in Rameswaram" one of the pilgrimage centres of Tamil Nadu.
Kolkata-based Daiwik Hotels, former promoters of multiplex company '89 Cinemas', was merged into Inox Leisures Ltd in 2007.
