How to answer 'What are your strengths?' in an interview

Why would an interviewer ask the question 'What are your strengths?'

I mean who would possibly say 'I dont have any' or 'How the hell should I know?' or who would not want to try and use this question to impress?

Every Interview Question seeks to find out / draw out/ bring to the fore some trait or the other. The interviewer uses a number of questions to get a 360 degree view of the candidate (YOU) and make up his/her mind on the following:

It is not always easy to make the right decision.  Doctors try their best everyday.  They might get some wrong, but most do it with the best intentions.

Today, do things with the right intention.  The end result may not be what you started out to achieve, but do not let that take away from you the pleasure of doing the right thing.

Why Smiling Helps


A smile is a facial expression formed by flexing the muscles near both ends of the mouth.

I also find that smiling gets people jobs, discounts, upgrades, permission to cut lines and loans (money!).  Research has shown that a person receives more help when smiling.  So I though it would be fun to look at some knowledge in this area.
