* Ensuring total guest satisfaction by formulating, implementing and close supervision of standard operating procedures
* Ensuring profitability of operations by developing and implementing procedures and control systems
* Managing daily operations, providing daily action plans and ensuring results by conducting pre-operation briefing, keen supervision and post-operation briefing
* Investigating and resolving food and service complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction and repeat business
* Responsible for guest feedback management
* Regular training and counseling of over-all staff
* Organizing and managing promotions and events of the restaurant
* Effectively delegating and allocating job responsibilities
* Effectively checking on staff performance and appraisal
* Assisting the manager in over-all planning and business reviews
