Job Description:
-Shall be responsible for Central Reservation.
-In charge and accountable for all operations of the Reservations Department.
-Responsible for maximizing reservation sales through up-selling techniques and Inventory Control.
-Accountable for Room Inventory.
-Analyze Marketing trends and business mix so as to maximize revenue.
-Responsible for Daily, Weekly and Monthly MIS Reports.
-Responsible for revenue forecasts, budgeting etc.
-Guide, Motivate and handle the Team Members.
Desired Candidate Profile :
-Should be excellent with Computers and well-versed with Fidelio.
-Should have good communication and analytical skills.
-Should be able to handle and mange the Team effectively.
-Should be well-versed with revenue systems, forecasting, budgeting etc.
-Must possess work experience in a five star hotel in the similar capacity.
