The position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and the package will include housing, tickets and health insurance.
Hospitality Trainer, responsibilities include:
1. Assessment of standards and quality of services provided at present throughout the organization.
2. planning the hospitality & customer services improvement, including: Dietary & Kitchen, Laundry, maintenance & engineering, wards Nursing, out & in-patient guest/client-contact positions, out & in-patient guest-contact managers and directors and all Medical staff and Physicians
3. executing the hospitality & customer services improvement plan and providing training courses, seminars, workshops and hands-on training as needed
4. design measurable improvement & evaluation tools
5. design and supervise customer satisfaction schemes and surveys
6. reporting directly to the holding company's Director General
Required for a high quality health care services holding company with 2 hospitals totaling 470 beds and expanding.
