>Diploma in HM or BHM or Any Graduate
> Exp Required 1.5 to 2 +
>Experience in 3 Star or Above, must be holding the post of Assistant F & B Manager for at least 6 months
>Food Cost, Inventory Management, Menu Planning, Briefing, Budgeting, Forecasting, P & L, Man Management, Liaising between Kitchen, Front Office, Sales Strategies, Desiging & Implementing SOP etc.
Salary on offer 9,000.00 - 12,000.00 per month
Free food and bachelor sharing accommodation provided in the Resort premises.
Age limit 35 years.
Preference will be given to the candidates living in Mumbai/ Pune.
