>BHM or Any Graduate
>Exp - 2 to 3 yrs
>Experience in 3 Star or Above, must be holding the post of Sous Chef / CDP for at least 6 months
>MUST KNOW| Food Cost, Inventory Management, Menu Planning, Special Menus, Must know Continental, Chinese, Mexican, Indian, Briefing, Budgeting, Forecasting, P & L, Man Management, Liaising between Kitchen, Front Office, Sales Strategies, Desiging & Implementing SOP etc.
Salary on offer 7000 - 9000 per month
Free food and bachelor sharing accommodation provided in the Resort premises. Age limit 35 years. Preference will be given to the candidates living in Mumbai/ Pune.
