BEVERAGE MANAGERS--Sal. $ 3800p.m :
ASST BEVERAGE MANAGERS-- Sal. $ 2800p.m
Contract 4 months with 2 months vacation +Bonus & Perks.
Both above should have 8/ 10 years exp.
specially in bar operations of 5* hotel / cruise ship.
Should be able to handle team of 150 coordinate with F / B Manager & Inventory Manager.
Review / mange all orders of beverage related items, monitor work station functions, train & motivate the bar team.
Pleasing personality with good command over English.
Additional knowledge of French, German , Spanish , Italian etc will be added advantage.
