According to the Business Standard; Carlson Group has joint hands with Rising Hotels and Country Development & Management Services (CDMS) to introduce a 68 room Country Inn & Suites hotel in Ahmedabad, India. Carlson Group will manage the property, which has been set up at an investment of Rs 25 Crore. The three star property will cater to business clientele.

CDMS is the Carlson Group's master franchisee in India. Rising Hotels is also coming up with Country Inn & Suites hotels in Amritsar, Gurgaon, New Delhi and Chennai.
