Main purpose:
Responsible for the fast, efficient and professional management of all meals as well as ensuring that all guest needs and expectations are exceeded continuously. Ensuring that all duties and responsibilities are carried out on a daily basis. Overseeing the smooth running of all the dining venues, practising good staff management, efficient and accurate F&B paperwork and administration, ensuring efficient stock control, F&B maintenance and maintaining all working areas to the world class standards of this luxury 5* Relais & Chateau Lodge.

Requirements:
Driver’s license
Computer literate
Product knowledge
Ability to learn and improve yourself
Attend and participate in all training courses offered
Maintaining a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance
Must be of sober habits and have a professional approach to both guests and colleagues.
Qualifications:
Hotel Management qualification from a recognised institute
Management or technical qualification with relevant experience
Experience:
3 years working experience in the management of a F&B department of a 5* lodge or similar environment.
