Creative and imaginative Head Chef required for new Indian Restaurant due to Open in Glasgow City Centre early October 2009. The start date for this position is targeted for early September 2009.

Duties will include but are not limited to: Setting Menu's, Responsible for day to day operations of Kitchen, Staff Training and Development, Purchasing, Resource Management.

Preferably candidates will be qualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalent and must have previous management experience alongside an in depth knowledge of Indian Cuisines.
