Main purpose:
Responsible for the fast, efficient and professional service of all meals as well as ensuring that all guest needs and expectations are exceeded continuously and ensuring that all duties and responsibilities are carried out on a daily basis.

Excellent time management.
Requirements:
Must speak, read, write and understand English.
Product knowledge.
Ability to learn and improve yourself.
Attend and participate in all training courses offered.
Maintaining a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance.
Must be of sober habits and have a professional approach to both guests and colleagues.
Knowledge and ability to serve wines and other beverages.
Qualifications:
Standard 12 (Matric)
Experience:
1 year working experience in a restaurant or similar environment
