NEWS| Fifth 5-star plan served to Ahmedabad

a US-based company Systec Builder & Contractor in collaboration with Systec computer has proposed to build a high end 30-storeyed luxury hotel at Bhat village near airport.

"The proposed hotel will have a capacity of 611 rooms, while the studios apartments will have 945 rooms along with 136 corporate offices. The total cost of project is estimated to be around Rs1,952 crore. The company plans to lease the hotel and the studios apartment to an overseas NRI company," said the sources.
