Clarks Inn Hubli will be positioned as business boutique hotel considering Hubli's location. The hotel is located at a distance of three km from the airport and railway station. It has two restaurants with a capacity of 100 pax each; one a pure vegetarian north and south Indian cuisine restaurant (Satvik) and the other a multi─cuisine fine dining restaurant (The Bridge). The hotel has two banquet halls with a maximum capacity of 80─100 pax and 200 pax respectively. The property will have a lounge and a bar known as 'Cloud 9'and a swimming pool.
