Desired Candidate Profile
Finance:- Should have handled turnovers of 30-50 crores in the previous assignment.
HR :- Should have lead a team of at least 300 to 500 members.
Administration :- Should have experience in general management at the regional level. Should have experience handling multiple units.
Age:- Between 32 and 40 years with at least 9 years professional experience.At least one year experience in a similar profile.
Industry:- Hotel, Retail and FMCG preferred.
Other skills:- Exposure to new projects would be desirable.
Education:- Master of Business Administration or Diploma/ Degree in Hotel Management
