· Coordination with Architects/Consultants for the Hotel Project
· Initiate Funding for the Serviced Apartment project in tandem with Corporate Finance.
· Coordinate with Oakwood on the technical aspects
· Manage the overall relationship with Senior level executives in both projects
· Responsible for achievement ROI & revenue objectives from both projects
Ideal profile
· Someone who has been involved in the start-up phase of a Hotel/Serviced Apartment
· Has been exposed both to the Project Design phase & Operations phase of these projects
· He would currently be the head of a mid-sized hotel / serviced apartment property.
· Age – Maximum of 45 yrs
