Job Profile:
• Customer (B2C) Relations Management (Customer Needs Analysis, Ensuring Service Excellence, Customer Engagement and Retention) • Human Resource Management And Training at the Store level (Recruitment, Performance management, Rostering, Mentoring and Coaching,Talent development and Retention) • Quality Control, Maintenance And Upkeep (Product quality, Ensuring SOPs are implemented and followed,Upkeep of Equipment and facility, Merchandising at the stores) • Business Management (Revenue and Profitability Management, Inventory management and Financial Control at Stores, Service Audits and control, Loss prevention, Forecasting and Budgeting at store level, Liasing with the Marketing team for execution of promotional initiatives, Clear & Regular reporting and communication with the top management) Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate for this position would be someone who is willing to grow with the company. A young, enthusiastic person filled with energy and passion. • 27-30 years of age. • 6-7 years of experience in QSR/ Cafe/ F&B Retail business (preferably in Mumbai). • Good verbal and written communication skills- Fluent in English • Excellent Presentation and Interpersonal skills. • Enthusiastic and self motivated. • Proven track record of operational efficiency • An ability to lead through example. • Should be willing to travel. • Eye for Detail. • Well conversant about upcoming market trends in the F&B Retail sector.
Compensation: Rs. 700,000 to 8,00,000 p.a. plus handsome sales incentives and perks.
