he potential candidate should have 3 years of experience minimum in similar position with a 5 star Property. Must be excellent leader and a Hands On candidate. Experience in the region will be an added value. Candidate must have experience in Large Volume, Experience in Resort and all inclusive background preferably. Should be Quality/service oriented.
Candidate must have European exposure, fluent in English and any other European language is an added value.
