The ideal applicant will be required to have gained sound knowledge of a kitchen environment, good knife skills and have all the attributes needed in such an intense and rewarding environment.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to progress and be trained by a senior team who are committed and have reached the highest standards here in the UK and worldwide.
