Acron Group will launch 'Vivara Residences,' a nationwide chain of residential communities for senior citizens in Arpora, North Goa., in a few months from now.
For the same, the group has tied up with Retirement Village Association of Australia. The fully furnished, ready-to-move-in homes, in a lively resort setting, are being designed to a high standard with eco-friendly features, physical amenities and senior-friendly services.
Dr John Britto, Director, Acron Group said, "At Vivara Residences, care will be taken to ensure that people who come to live here can enjoy a worry-free life. We have gone one step further and incorporated this philosophy even into the buying process, something that has always proved a hurdle for senior citizens. Vivara operates on a leasehold model and not Freehold. So, one needs to pay only a deposit and a lease and we take care of the rest. It has therefore considerably reduced the stress of buying and selling property at that stage in one's life." Besides, residents get their entire deposit back when they terminate their lease.
Amar Britto, Director, Acron Group said, "Unretirement is pure unadulterated pleasure that you get out of life, when you know that everything has been taken care of for you. From security to maintenance to emergency health care, that is the kind of life we are promising at Vivara Residences."
Plans are afoot to set up the same in 'Vivara Residences' in Coorg, Kerala, Puducherry, Shirdi, Rishikesh, Brindavan and outskirts of major cities.
