The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi, the fifth Westin property in India will open in October 2010.
The hotel giant recently introduced the Westin brand in India and now operates four hotels: The Westin Mumbai Garden City, The Westin Pune Koregaon Park, The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace and The Westin Sohna Resort & Spa. The opening of the new Westin in Gurgaon will strengthen the Westin brand's presence and meeting capabilities in India.

According to the company release, the hotel will feature 313 guest rooms and suites, 1,360 square metres of indoor meeting space, including a ballroom with the highest ceiling in the region, 820 square metres of garden space as well as six meeting rooms with natural light. The hotel will have Heavenly Spa and WestinWORKOUT Gym. It will also feature an array of eclectic and exciting eateries that will serve Italian, Pan Asian, Californian and authentic Indian favourites.
The hotel will also feature 'Aura' guestrooms specially designed for single female travellers, the first of its kind in Gurgaon.
