The Miele Guide, Asia's independent and authoritative restaurant guide, has rated Bukhara at ITC Maurya, New Delhi as the 14th and DumPukht at ITC Maratha, Mumbai as the 17th Best Restaurants in Asia. These are the only Indian restaurants to feature in the top 20.
According to the company release, launched in 2008, The Miele Guide was created to recognise and celebrate Asia's best Chefs and restaurants. This annual publication evaluates restaurants across the region and releases an annual ranking of Asia's Top 20 restaurants in addition to profiling the best restaurants across Asia.
