Accor has entered into an agreement with spa operating company, Indonesia─based Mandara Spa. Mandara Spa, which runs over 80 spas in 22 countries, will introduce its spa brands, Mandara Spa and Chavana Spa at the upcoming Pullman and Novotel properties respectively across India.
Chavana Spa will be the operating brand for In─Balance by Novotel Spa at the upcoming Novotel hotels. The first In─Balance by Novotel Spa, managed by Chavana Spa will open at the Novotel property in Bengaluru by mid─2011. Under the agreement, Chavana Spa will provide its expertise and technical know─how in building and operating the Balinese inspired spas at Novotel Hotels. However, the first Mandara Spa at Pullman will open by Quarter Three of 2011─12.
