As a regular host hotel for weddings, Renaissance St. Louis Grand Hotel funded training for Executive Chef Tim Jansen and Banquet Chef Manfred Brandtner. Both chefs spent time with culinary professionals in Mumbai, learning first-hand how to cook traditional Indian cuisine.
