Our client is managing a premier hotel group and is looking for an experienced and highly skilled Food and Beverage Expert to lead and manage the daily operations. This position is based at the Gold Coast.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will have the challenging task of managing a high number of F&B outlets combined with considerable large function facilities. The hotel comprises and impeccable reputation for superior quality and services and you will find a dominating and skilled F&B team on your site.
Professional Profile:
* Corporate hotel experience essential
* Presently F&B Director or F&B Manager within large operation
* Highly skilled in large operations with multiple outlets
* Proficient in managing multi nationality work force
* Project management experiences a must
* Maximise guest satisfaction and ensures repeat business
* Totally can do attitude
* Excellent communicator and reporting to General Manager
* Superb organisational and technical skills
