Our client manages a corporate property in Jakarta with comprehensive F&B outlets and large function facilities. The hotel has 500+ keys and is searching for an experienced General Manager to direct, lead and manages the daily operation with special attention to room division, sales & marketing and yield management.
Desired Profile:
* Minimum 12 years hospitality management experience with 3 years as GM and preference in S&M & rooms division
* Must have experiences within city properties in Asia
* Proven track record 2 years + on positions
* Strong operational background with hands on attitude to daily operations
* Implement Budgets, optimize revenues and manage costs
* Driving on Business goals and brand awareness
* Great team player, motivator and natural leader
* Reporting to Managing Director
* Single status only
