We offer an outstanding opportunity for an Italian Chef de Cuisine to join one of the most exiting openings for an Italian & Mediterranean Restaurant in the Middle East, responsible of managing the kitchen operation including room service, menu design and set the highest possible benchmark in quality and presentation.
Reporting directly to the Executive Chef, this position is for the serious chef who is seeking an opportunity to progress their career. To be successful in obtaining this position you will need to demonstrate the following:
* Worked in a traditional leading Italian restaurants and hotel kitchens such as Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton, Mandarin Oriental, Park Hyatt etc.
* Minimum 12 years experience within top kitchens
* Ability to manage and train local staff force
* Demonstrated management skills
* Highly developed technical skills
* Innovative with menu design in traditional & modern Italian fair
* Highly skilled in a la carte and presentation
* International experiences not a must but highly regarded
