The British chef, who has lived and worked in Majorca for 20 years, will be creating his Spanish-inspired menus to be served on long-haul flights in first and business class in November and December.
Passengers will also be presented with two small tins of fine salt to take home and try, in a nod to Fosh's penchant for "playing" with the seasoning.
The gesture is part of the celebration of the 10th anniversary of the Star Chefs premium-dining programme and is designed to give passengers a deeper insight into the culinary philosophy of whichever chef happens to be behind the menus on the two-monthly roster.
In addition to two restaurants, Simply Fosh and Tasca de Blanquerna, Fosh runs a cookery school with adjacent delicatessen and a catering service on the Balearic Island under his Fosh Food brand.
Fosh was the only British chef to hold a Michelin star in Spain when, in 2003, he was awarded the coveted accolade for the Bacchus restaurant at Reads Hotel in Mallorca.
