This position is based in Manila.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will have the challenging task of managing a high number of F&B outlets combined with considerable large function facilities. The hotel comprises and impeccable reputation for superior quality and services and you will find a dominating and skilled F&B team on your site.
Professional Profile:
* Asian experience essential
* Presently F&B Director or F&B Manager within large operation
* Managing 200+ staff
* European trained within luxury hotels, casinos or resorts
* Proficient in managing local staff members
* Maximise guest satisfaction and ensures repeat business
* Totally can do attitude
* Excellent communicator and reporting to General Manager
* Superb organisational and technical skills
* Real quality driver
* Pro active, pleasant personality
