* Presently on Executive Souschef, Senior Souschef or Chef de Cuisines level
* 10 years+ experience within leading resorts or hotels
* Asian or Indian Ocean experience a must
* Proven background in managing and motivation of work force
* Strong team player with emphasis on development and training of staff
* Able to set and maintain highest standards
* Great communication skills to liaise with guests, staff and management
* Positive attitude, flexible and great organisational abilities
* Highly technical expertise in production and a la carte
