Our client is opening a vibrant 140 room boutique hotel in Doha and is searching for an experienced Director of Sales to spearhead and direct all business and sales strategies for the hotel. This role is based in Doha, Qatar.
Specifications and Profile:
* Minimum 10 years experience in Sales
* Experience within Middle East corporate markets and strong net worker
* Strong communicator and dynamic personality
* Strong financial acumen in all sales objective including forecast, budgets etc.
* Design, implement & facilitate annual sales plans
* Natural leader, able to coach, mentor and motivate staff
* Able to negotiate commercial outcomes and secure new business
* Experience must include Electronic applications, GCC commercial accounts, wholesalers and leisure related programs
* Passion for planning, directing, organizing and administering all sales activities
* Team player, great personality and highly motivated
* Can do attitude, pro active and strong marketer
