A luxury 5* hotel in Bahrain is now looking for a Chinese Cuisine Sous Chef specialized in Szechuan food.
Primary responsibility is to assist the Executive Chef with the daily operation of the hotel's China Garden kitchen, supervising and assisting the preparation of food items and development of culinary staff, while maintaining the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product.
