InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) has collaborated with real estate developer Ayala Land to open the Holiday Inn and Suites Makati in Manila, the Philippines.
The 347-room hotel will be the first purpose-built Holiday Inn property in the country, and will be IHG’s second partnership with Ayala Land, which also owns the InterContinental Manila.
The Holiday Inn and Suites Makati is situated in the financial hub of Makati City, on top of the redeveloped Glorietta Mall, one of Metro Manila's largest retail and entertainment complexes.
The hotel is slated to be opened in 2013.
