The Rezidor Hotel Group has increased their portfolio in the Romanian capital Bucharest to 718 rooms: Besides the Radisson Blu Hotel, Bucharest (424 rooms) which opened in 2008 Rezidor has now signed an agreement to also manage 294 apartments adjacent to the hotel. Approximately 62 of the apartments will be re-branded in December 2010, with the remainder coming in early 2011. Both the hotel and the apartment block are under common ownership.
