Indo─Italian Chamber of Commerce & Industry (IICCI) in association with Western India Chef Association (WICA) has collaborated with Rizvi College of Hotel Management (RCHM) for their annual event 'Exotica', which will be held from February 11 to 12, 2011 at RCHM.
Apart from the exhibition, a workshop will be organised on Italian cuisine and wine pairing for hotel management students and professionals. The workshop for hotel management students will be held on February 11 and for hotel professionals on February 12. The event will be open for students from various hotel management institutes in Mumbai.
Riya Chatterjee, Principal, Rizvi College of Hotel Management said, “This is the second year of the event. Exotica is an annual event of our college, focusing on food and beverage, fruits, vegetables, meat, fish and various beverage machines. It is a great platform for students, wherein they see and gain experience. It gives a wider knowledge of what is being taught in the class since the students get hands─on experience.
