New appointments at Park Plaza New Delhi Dwarka

Mr. Vikram Berry has been appointed as Director of Sales & Marketing for Park Plaza New Delhi Dwarka under the Carlson Hotels Worldwide. Started his career with the Jet Airways followed by an 8 year long stint in Europe with hotels & restaurants, managing top positions. Back in India, he has spearheaded teams of Le Meridien Jaipur, Ramada Caravela Beach resort Goa, "Clinique" part of the "Estee Lauder" corporation, Amatrra Spa at The Ashok & Pevonia Spa Care.

Mr. Sharad Datta has graduated from one of the leading Hotel management schools in India - IHM, Mumbai. He has a rich experience of over 2 decades in the hospitality industry. In his career span he has worked with leading hotel brands like The Oberoi New Delhi, The Oberoi Raj Vilas, The Hyatt Regency Mumbai, The Leela Kempinski Mumbai, Regent Mumbai and Renaissance Mumbai. His last project was with The Trident Cochin as General Manager since 2007. In his current assignment he has been appointed as the General Manager of the pre-opening team of "Park Plaza New Delhi Dwarka" under the reputed Carlson Hotels Worldwide.

Suchana Bera Sharma has joined Park Plaza New Delhi Dwarka as the Marketing & PR Manager under the Carlson Hotels Worldwide and spearheads all the marketing initiatives pertaining to PR, media relations, branding and communication strategies to launch the hotel successfully in the global market. Prior to this, Suchana handled the role of Sr. Manager. Marketing & PR, Alchemist Ltd. She started her career with Hyatt Regency & was part of the pre-opening team for Grand Hyatt, Delhi followed by a stint with Marico Industries.
