Interesting opportunity as Manager Villas, for a top luxury boutique resort in the Maldives. The approximately 30 villas and one restaurant are part of a 5* luxury resort, about one kilometer away for the main resort island, located in the Maldives. Clients mix is European and Chinese.
Due to the size of the resort it requires a hands on Manager who supervises a full team or 45 employees. The island is small and it would be preferable to have previous small island experience. Ideal candidate must be multilingual (Italian or Mandarin would be a plus), preferably with Rooms background. Single contract. Interesting net base salary + service charge, quarterly R&R tickets.
